Filo started inside a university IT office, looking after dozens of websites at once. That work taught us what breaks, what lasts and what busy teams really need from their systems.

Most organisations do not need more software. They need the few systems they rely on every day to work — a website that loads fast and is easy to update, a form that goes to the right person, a dashboard that tells them when something breaks before a customer does.
We began by looking after more than fifty websites for a university at the same time. To keep up, we built our own tools: a monitoring dashboard that checks every site around the clock, a rental management system, and an alumni membership portal. Filo now builds the same kind of products for other organisations.
Universities and colleges, property owners, associations, clinics and small businesses across Malaysia. Projects range from a five-page company website to systems with thousands of users.
We explain what we are building and why, without jargon.
Clean code, documentation and admin screens your own team can use.
Updates, backups and monitoring are part of the job, not an extra.
